Boho Indigo with a Twist

Well Melbourne is not the place to be at the moment as we find ourselves in Stage Four Lockdown. It can be stressful and daunting to be faced with another 6 weeks of restrictions and all that means for so many people. My thoughts are with those doing it tough at this time.

Personally, I needed a little pick me up today and my happy place is my Studio. It is bright, warm and filled with possibility. It is there that thoughts of the world disappear for a while. Much of the day was spent tidying and rearranging so that my lovely Stampin' Up! products were on display and easily at hand (a little pun there). 

Today's card is a bright, sunny Birthday Card

The base card is Daffodil Delight and the next layer is Whisper White. The sentiment label is made up of Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana and Whisper White. The stamp pads used are Daffodil Delight, Soft Sea Foam and Coastal Cabana. The vases and flower motif are from the Boho Indigo Stamp set and cut with the Boho Indigo Dies. Foliage is stamped from the Lovely You Stamp Set. I have used the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch to create the tags. The flower motif and central vase are mounted on stampin' dimensional to give a little depth to the image. The bow is from the Boho Indigo suite and three little rhinestones complete the picture.  I love to include a Whisper White insert to write on and always add a small decoration as I believe the inside of a card should be just as beautiful as the outside.
