Wind, rain, hail and cold. That pretty much sums up the Melbourne mood at the moment as we adjust our sails yet again. I am truly blessed that I can take myself to the studio and create to my hearts content. I made a number of cards today but this one is my favourite. I flicked through an old sketch book of mine and decided to recreate one in card form and this is the result. The card base is Soft Suede and layer one is from the In Good Taste DSP. Then Very Vanilla card stock has been torn and "grunged" with a dauber and Soft Suede ink. The daises and stems were stamped in Gray Granite, coloured with Daffodil Delight and then punched out. Then I cut off half of each daisy and layered it under the remaining half and coloured the centre of each flower with Mango Melody. The sentiment is from the Well Said stamp set. The inside of the card has an insert to write on and decorated with a daisy.

Meanwhile, if you are the South Eastern part of Australia, keep dry, warm and safe and keep crafting.
Cheers for tonight, Anna
